Full Planning

A: You will always have the lead planner you've been introduced to at the takeover stage. From there, we determine if we need an extra pair of hands based on the scope of your event. If you want to guarantee an additional coordinator, we have the option to add one to your event for an additional fee. 

Q: HOW MANY COORDINATORS PER WEDDING?

A: We plan all over the state of Washington and beyond! We have stepped foot in many venues, sometimes multiple times. However, every year, there are still venues that are new to us, and we love that! If we have yet to go to your venue, we do a comprehensive logistical site visit on our own time in addition to our site walk-through. 

Q: HAVE YOU WORKED AT OUR VENUE BEFORE?

A: Short answer: yes. However, we are going to ask you what task you need from us on the day of. We don't simply replace a staffing vendor and will ask questions to ensure your event is set up for success. We don't mind breaking a sweat, but our number one goal is to ensure your day runs smoothly, and sometimes that means hiring additional vendors. It's best practice to leave the heavy lifting, room set up, place settings, and bussing to a staffing/catering team. Our talents are best used for little details like escort cards & guest book tables, and setting out decor. We also like to be available for you, your family, and vendors to ensure everyone is comfortable. 

Q: DO YOU SET UP TABLES AND CHAIRS?

A: Yes, and the best part is that you don't have to book us to see our favorites. Our information packet provides an extensive preferred vendor list with every inquiry. 

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST?

A: We do allow you the opportunity to add time to your package. The price per hour is an additional $100. 

Q: May I add more time to a package?

A: We typically have atleast one wedding a weekend between May-October. 

Q: Q: HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU PLAN A SEASON?

A: I will say it would have to be quite an emergency that would prevent me to be at your wedding. I found out my husband had cancer and still attended a wedding on the same day. I excel at my job because I can problem solve when there is an emergency and will come up with a solution. In a hypothetical, I have a team in place that will be able to run the show.

FAQ

Regardless of your package, we are here for you! Except for our wedding day assistant, all our packages come with unlimited emails for all your worries and questions. The level of our communication and planning is determined by your package.

03. Communication and Planning

After booking we will set you up with Aisle Planner, Honeybook Portal, and BeMerri. These will be tools for you to receive monthly planning bulletins, checklist, budget tracking, timeline creator, and floor plan creator.

02. Onboarding 

Before we book, we want to schedule a zoom call to discuss your wedding in detail and discover your planning needs. After our call, we will follow up with a wedding profile link. If you'd like to move forward with us, fill out the document, and we will send you the contract. Then, you can sign and pay a deposit.
